I am a professional with over 19 years of experience in the IT industry, who can provide you with computer services at your convenience in the following areas and more:

Windows (PC) computers & home networking over Ethernet/WiFi (802.11a/b/g/n with WPA/WEP security); including file, printer, hard disk drive, and device sharing.
Broadband & Dial-up: Cable modem, DSL, firewall routers, PPPoE.
Virus, Adware, Spyware, Malware, Badware problems.
Software/Hardware Installation/Configuration: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Outlook Express, Windows Live Applications, MS Office applications, etc.
Computer setup & performance tuning, schedule backups of critical data to external hard drives for safety.
Remote Assistance for software problems and malware cleaning.
iPhones, iPads, iPod's, iTunes, PDA's (Windows & Palm devices), MS ActiveSync, Bluetooth, WiFi, etc.

I have pleasant desk-side manners and can also provide assistance over the phone. I have worked with all age groups and have a friendly demeanor about me. So, if your elderly friends or relatives have computing needs, I would be more than happy to assist!

Onsite Assistance: I charge $30 for the first hour and $20/hour thereafter; most jobs are 2-3 hours. I am willing to travel anywhere in the local area, although travel costs may apply for long distances.

Remote Assistance: I can also fix software problems remotely, if I am able to log into your computer. I charge $10/hour for this service. You will need to install a small, third-party communications program to this, which allows me to take over your computer remotely. I have had much success with this method.

I can also assist you via Skype. Meaning, the Skype call is free, but you still have to pay! Please click the Skype link on the left. It will show if I am online or not. You can leave a voicemail as well.
