Whenever I provide instructions to clients, I also provide them a way to refer back to what I have said. For example, if I tell someone how to update their Windows computers using Microsoft Update (formerly Windows Update), then if they forget how to do this, they can always download the document below, and continue along their way!
These documents are provided free of charge, and are in Adobe's PDF (Portable Document Format) format. You will need Adobe Reader® to view these files on your computer. If you do not have this program, you can download it by clicking the icon below. You may be asked to install their "extras", such as Adobe Yahoo! Toolbar, Google Toolbar, Adobe Photoshop® Album Starter Edition, etc. Install at your own peril!
